PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECK: We accept prompt payment with personal or business check (USA only). Keep in mind that shipment is delayed until check clears bank. (See PayPal bank options for faster service involving checking accounts.)
PURCHASE ORDER: We also accept purchase orders (USA Only) from State Agencies, Public Schools, Transportation Providers, Fire Department and Law Enforcement Agencies where the purchaser's address and phone is listed in the relevant National Directory. Please contact us before purchase to make arrangements for this option.
Shipping Information: Shipping includes insurance where applicable.
Damaged or Defective Item: Very rare this occurs - we check each item before shipment. If it does happen we provide free replacement upon receiving the defective unit. Misuse is not covered.
